The dormer suite has a private bath, with towels and a dresser. It also has its own staircase and can be isolated from the other guest rooms by closing a connecting door. The sleeping area has a double bed with two nightstands and a full length mirror. In the separate sitting area, there are two armchairs, a small end table and a rolling laptop table, and additionally it has a small refrigerator and microwave oven.

There is also a small drop leaf dining table with two chairs. There is a huge closet with several small built in drawers made of cherry wood, many shelves and a closet rod for hanging clothing. the door has an exquisite stained glass panel. The suite has its own ironing board, iron, and vacuum and all necessary linens.
The suite is outfitted with a eating area that includes a half-sized fridge, microwave and dishes. The occupants also have use of the main kitchen, library, sitting room and parlor.
This room is also available for short- and long-term rental, as well as overnight stays. (Most of the time during Spring-Fall it is rented long-term.) Those working temporary assignments in the area, or those serving temple missions should enquire about the long-term availability.
