This is an easy and tasty side dish for an Indian meal…

2 pound bag of frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
8oz plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon yellow curry powder
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth.  (It will be thick.)

Place in a baking dish, and bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.

Makes about 6 servings.
