If I am going to have brownies by themselves, I like chocolate. But if I’m going to have brownies with ice cream and hot fudge, I like butterscotch brownies.
This is a simple, quick, and chewy recipe…
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 stick butter
Then add one at a time while creaming…
1 t vanilla extract
Then mix in a separate bowl, and then slowly add to the above…
1 c flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
Once mixed, add to an 8×11 baking pan.
Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.
